I spent a while looking for any sites that had repeater data that could be used to prgram a FT-817 I was commissioning for the local Junior Radio Club. I ended up programming the Yorkshire repeaters, plus a few others, by hand. So, for anyone with a Yaesu FT-817, here is the .txt file you can use with FT-817 Commander.
